My Property Portal.
The Knight’s ‘My Property’ portal is accessible via our website which allows all owners the ability to log in, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to access a myriad of documents and important information relating to their Owners Corporation and their account.
Items that can be accessed through the ‘My Property’ Portal:
- Ability for Owners to update their contact details;
- Access Owners’ account balances, invoices and payment history;
- Make payment of their fees;
- Obtain copies of:
- Rules of the Owners Corporation
- Plan of Subdivision
- Minutes of Meetings
- Insurance Certificate of Currency
- Specifications of Apartment fit out (where available)
- Proxy and Committee Nomination forms
- View Building Notices
- Financial Reports (Committee Members only)
- Any other important information that may arise from time to time
Tenants and Property Managers are also able to access certain areas of the Portal to view items such as Building Notices or obtain copies of the Rules.
The Knight App.
Our app links directly with our My Property platform, allowing us to send push notifications to your smart phone or device for immediate communication or urgent notices, or other updates pertaining to your property. Available for both iPhone and android users, The Knight app means Owners and Residents can access everything they need to know, anytime, anywhere.
