Owners Corporation Grants.

Build a strong community in your OC.

While an Owners Corporation’s primary responsibility is to manage and administer common property, The Knight believes it can also help foster a connected and thriving community.

Through The Knight Community Grants, Owners Corporations receive funding, planning and implementation support to host social events that encourage neighbours to connect and build stronger community ties.

In collaboration with High Neighbour.

High Neighbour is the world’s first social enterprise dedicated to fostering vibrant communities in high-density residential buildings.

Benefits of a strong community include:

  • Strong social interaction makes people happier
  • Friendship between residents
  • Increased wellbeing for occupiers
  • Increased pride in the property
  • Reduced tenant turnover
  • Increased property security
