OC 826451K 1&2 – Special Resolution Ballot – Level 9
This matter requires two separate votes:
OC1 (Residential and Retail) – To make the same rule amendment as proposed for OC2.
OC2 (Residential only) – To enter into the proposed agreements relating to the Level 9 terrace and to amend the rules accordingly.
Please note that both ballots will be conducted concurrently. If you are an owner in OC2 (Residential), it is important that you vote on both ballots.
OC1:
Pursuant to section 138(2) of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 (“the Act”), Owners Corporation No. 1 PS826451K resolves by special resolution to revoke Registered Rule 4.6 “Use of Terrace Garden Area”. To affix the seal of Owners Corporation No. 1 PS826451K to any document requiring the common seal to be affixed to give effect to the above.
OC2:
Pursuant to section 14 of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 (“the Act”), Owners Corporation No.2 PS826451K resolves by special resolution to grant leases to the owners of lots on level nine (being Lots 901, 902, 903, 904, 905, 906, 907 and 908) in respect of part of the common property substantially on the terms and conditions as set out in the draft lease annexed hereto and marked “A”. Pursuant to section 138(2) of the Act, Owners Corporation No.2 PS826451K resolves by special resolution to revoke registered rule 4.6 “Use of Terrace Garden Area” from its registered rules. To affix the seal of Owners Corporation No.2 PS826451K to any document requiring the common seal to be affixed to give effect to the above.

- Forms submitted after 5.00pm on Wednesday 7 May 2025 will be ruled invalid.
- Votes will be tabulated according to the unit and proxies nominated by the voter in this form (regardless of any other units they own or proxies they hold).
