Proposed Special Resolution:

Authorise the Owners Corporation to grant leases or licences to individual lot owners for the use of designated sections of common property for the purpose of electric vehicle (EV) charging, including access to common property power points, cabling routes, or associated infrastructure.
Permit the Owners Corporation Committee to approve and execute such leases or licences on behalf of the Owners Corporation, provided that:
• The applicant satisfies all technical, safety, and capacity requirements set out in the Owners Corporation’s EV Charging Process & Requirements document;
• Any installation complies with relevant electrical, fire safety, and building standards;
• All associated costs (installation, operation, maintenance, metering, and electricity consumption) are fully funded by the lot owner using the EV charging point.

Votes will be tabulated according to the unit and proxies nominated by the voter in this form (regardless of any other units they own or proxies they hold).
Only one vote per financial lot is permitted.
