Managing the Owners Corporation at a large scale residential building comes with its own set of requirements and challenges. Since 1997 when we took on our first Owners Corporation over 100 lots, we have been gaining the skills and experience needed to execute these requirements effectively. Today, The Knight manages more than 40 Owners Corporations with over 150 lots.
