These changes include the removal of the following payment methods:

  • Phone payments
  • Mail-in cheques

To facilitate these changes, levy notices, reminders and member statements generated by The Knight from 1 November 2023 will no longer display the option for phone payments or Locked Bag information for cheque payments.

You can still make BPay payments via your bank, payments via deft.com.au using credit cards and at Australia Post locations using Post BillPay.

Mail-in cheque and over the phone payment options will be removed.

A better way to pay your levies.

A reminder that you can also set up Direct Debit payments of your levies via DEFT, which will ensure you never miss an invoice, avoiding interest and late payment fees.
