Each year, The Knight closes our office on the Monday before Cup Day – a day off for our team to rest, recharge and reconnect ahead of the final stretch before Christmas. We call it ‘Thank You Day’.
At The Knight, ensuring the wellbeing of our staff and protecting them from burnout is a key focus.
