Thank You Day 2025.

In 2021, we launched an initiative to provide an additional day off for all staff – the Monday before the Melbourne Cup Day public holiday – creating a 4-day weekend for everyone within the business.

We call it ‘Thank You Day’. It is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to our staff for the hard work they put in; a day to rest, recharge and reconnect ahead of the final stretch of the year.

Why is Thank You Day important?

Many clients have told us that continuity and longevity in the staff who support their community are key priorities, and we couldn’t agree more.

One of the most effective ways we can deliver on this is by ensuring our team feels valued, supported, and energised to do their best work.

When we asked our staff what matters most to them, Thank You Day stood out as a meaningful initiative that contributes to their wellbeing and job satisfaction.

This is why we’re proud to celebrate Thank You Day – not just for our team, but because we know that when our staff thrive, so do our clients.

What does this mean for you?

Our offices will be closed on Monday 3 November and Tuesday 4 November (Melbourne Cup Day).

The day before the Melbourne Cup Day public holiday is typically a quiet day for our office, with many of our clients also choosing to take this day to create a long weekend, so we are confident that this closure will have minimal impact on you.

If you have a Building Manager or Caretaker, we have alerted them of our closure. Be sure to contact them in the first instance on Monday 3 November.

Our emergency phoneline will be available on both days should you experience a common property maintenance emergency.

If required, simply call our office on 03 9509 3144 for instructions.

Thank you for your continued support this year.

We’ve been working hard to implement a range of improvements – some you’re already enjoying, and others we’re excited to share soon.

Throughout these changes, our commitment to professionalism and integrity remains unchanged. Thank You Day is one example of how we live these values: by investing in our team’s wellbeing, we’re also investing in the quality and consistency of service you receive.
