On Wednesday 17th July, 2019 residents and owners at Monarc Apartments in Melbourne attended some Christmas in July festivities in the common area of their building.
The evening was put on by the Owners Corporation Committee and Building Management and was proudly supported by The Knight through our Community Grants initiative.
Each year The Knight awards grants to committees looking to implement a community building activity within their residence.
The OC at Monarc was the first grant utilised for 2019, and the evening was a huge success, with over 60 residents coming down to celebrate and mingle with their neighbours.
We would like to thank the committee at Monarc for applying for the grant and implementing such a warm and welcoming event, open to all those living within the luxury building.
A special shout out must go to the Building Manager, Buddhika for his tireless work organising catering and refreshments for attendees and being such a gracious host on the evening.
Monarc’s OC Manager and OC Manager’s Assistant, Anna and Clare also attended the evening, a rare chance to share in the common property they look after, and really experience all that this beautiful building has to offer.
