8 Elgin Street, Carlton.

Resolution 1:

  1. Approve and authorise the execution of the Access Deed between the Owners Corporation 702725Q/3 and John Holland Pty Ltd, as circulated with the ballot documentation, which grants a temporary licence to access part of the common property and airspace at 8 Elgin Street, Carlton for the purpose of carrying out works associated with the Elgin Towers public housing redevelopment.

Resolution 2:

  1. The Owners Corporation hereby resolves to delegate to the Committee of the Owners Corporation full authority to sign the access deed on behalf of the Owners Corporation and further, provide full authority to liaise with the Licensee in relation to timing, access and compliance and facilitate any associated works and inspections as required under the deed.

  • Forms submitted after 5pm on Monday 30th June 2025 will be ruled invalid.
  • Votes will be tabulated according to the unit and proxies nominated by the voter in this form (regardless of any other units they own or proxies they hold).
  • Owners are advised that they have the right to appoint a proxy for this ballot. Submit a proxy here.
