If you are completing work for The Knight for the first time, use this form to submit the required details and supporting documents to be set up in our system.

It is a condition of any contractor carrying out works for properties under our management to ensure that we hold current copies of the following (as relevant to your service/industry):

  • industry licence
  • public liability insurance certificate
  • professional indemnity insurance certificate
  • work cover certificate

Failure to provide the relevant documentation will result in delays in payment and/or suspension of services.

Updating Contractor Details.

Please also use this form if your contact or bank account details have changed, or to provide updated licensing or insurance documentation.
