Owners Corporation 1 Proposed Resolutions:

Resolution 1:

1. Pursuant to Section 138 of the Owners Corporation Act 2006, Owners Corporation No. 1 PS612409C resolves by special resolution to adopt the amended Registered Rules as set out in Annexure A.
2. Pursuant to Sections 11 and 142(2) of the Owners Corporation Act 2006, Owners Corporation No. 1 PS612409C resolves by ordinary resolution to delegate authority to the Committee of the Owners Corporation, the power to execute and lodge all documentation in relation to the amended Registered Rules with the Registrar and Land Titles Office.

Resolution 2:

Pursuant to Section 18 of the Owners Corporation Act 2006, Owners Corporation No. 1 PS612409C resolves by special resolution to delegate authority to the Committee of the Owners Corporation to institute proceedings to enforce any breaches to the attached Registered Rules marked Annexure A.
