A note on voting:

  • All residential lot owners need to vote on both Motions.
  • All commercial lot owners please vote on Motion 1 only.

Proposed Motion 1:

That Owners Corporation 548192G/1 revoke the current registered rules of Owners Corporation 1; and
Adopt the proposed updated registered rules of Owners Corporation 548192G/1 in the form circulated to all lot owners with the ballot notice, in accordance with section 138 of the Owners Corporations Act (VIC) and;
To authorise the Owners Corporation Manager and/or the Chairperson of the Owners Corporation Committee to do all things necessary to give effect to this resolution, including executing and lodging any documents required with Land Use Victoria for the registration of the updated rules.

Proposed Motion 2:

That Owners Corporation 548192G/2 revoke the current registered rules of Owners Corporation 2; and
Adopt the proposed updated registered rules of Owners Corporation 548192G/2 in the form circulated to all lot owners with the ballot notice, in accordance with section 138 of the Owners Corporations Act (VIC) and;
To authorise the Owners Corporation Manager and/or the Chairperson of the Owners Corporation Committee to do all things necessary to give effect to this resolution, including executing and lodging any documents required with Land Use Victoria for the registration of the updated rules.
