Through The Knight Community Grants, Owners Corporations receive funding, planning and implementation support to host social events that encourage neighbours to connect and build stronger community ties.

High Neighbour is the world’s first social enterprise dedicated to fostering vibrant communities in high-density residential buildings.

Sustainability Grants
At The Knight we believe all Owners Corporations should be empowered to make more sustainable choices for their community. Whether through retrofitting eco-friendly technology or simply educating residents, reducing an Owners Corporation’s footprint not only benefits the environment, it can save owners money.
The main barrier is often the financial commitment to get an initiative off the ground. To support Owners Corporations in taking the next step, The Knight offers grants to contribute to sustainability initiatives, in collaboration with Reground — waste and resource recovery experts specialising in clear, simple solutions for complex waste challenges.
