Why tenure matters
An Owners Corporation Manager who has been with a building for ten years knows where the plans are, which contractor did the last remediation, and why the committee decided what it decided in 2016. That institutional memory is not something a new manager can buy.
Despite growth and changes within the industry, The Knight prides itself on retaining clients through leading service and unrivalled knowledge. Two of our medium residential plans have been with us for 20 years, and our first contract — The Domain at 1 Albert Road, awarded in 1995 — is a client we still manage today.
