Submit this form to request a time to inspect your Owners Corporation register or records. Copies may be made upon payment of a fee. Read on to learn what is contained within the records and register, and the fee payable.

Important information
- A minimum of two business days’ notice is required.
- Records may be provided electronically via a unique URL and access code, which expires 24 hours after the first log in. This is free of charge.
- If you require a hard or digital copy of any record to be sent to you, this will incur a fee.
