Committee nomination form

Use this form to submit your nomination to be elected to the Committee of Management for your Owners Corporation. The committee is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting.

Owners Corporations Act 2006 section 103, Owners Corporations Regulations 2018 and Owners Corporation Rules.

Important to know

  • A member of the committee must be a lot owner, or be authorised by a lot owner (hold a proxy) to act on their behalf.
  • A person is not eligible to be elected as a committee member if they are in arrears for any fees, or if other amounts are owed to the Owners Corporation.
  • The committee will be determined at the next Annual General Meeting, or as notified by the Owners Corporation.
