OC 822315Q – Special Resolution.
To approve by Special Resolution pursuant to Section 14 of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 the following proposed leases which provide for the following:
1. That Owners Corporation No.1 PS822315Q (‘the Owners Corporation’) enter into a lease agreement with Gurner Group Wellness Leasing (Vic) Pty Ltd (‘Gurner Group) to use the leased parts of common property 1 on Plan of Subdivision PS822315Q as storage rooms pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Lease under ‘Further information’ below in Annexure A.
2. That Owners Corporation No.1 PS822315Q enter into a lease agreement with Life R.E.P.M Pty Ltd to lease a parts of the common property 1 on Plan of Subdivision PS822315Q in which it may operate a letting agency for the development pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Lease under ‘Further information’ below in Annexure B.
