OC 840580S – Special Resolutions

The Owners Corporation is seeking your vote on the following Special Resolutions relating to amendments to the Deeds of Novation for the Car Park Licence and the Storage Cage Licence. These amendments clarify that both the Licensee and their Occupants (with the Licensee’s consent) are permitted to use the allocated car parking space or storage cage.

Please read each resolution carefully and indicate your vote by selecting YES or NO.

Resolution 1 – Amendment to the Deed of Novation of Car Park Licence

That Owners Corporation 1 Plan No. PS840580S resolves by special resolution to amend the Deed of Novation of Car Park Licence to vary the original licence as follows:

  • Insert a new definition in Clause 1.1: “Occupant: a person or persons residing in a Lot owned by the Licensee.”
  • Amend Clause 2 to: “The OC grants the Licensee a licence for the Term for the Licensee and an Occupant (with consent of the Licensee) to park a car in the Allocated Car Parking Space.”

A copy of the Car Park Variation Deed is attached for reference.

Resolution 2 – Amendment to the Deed of Novation of Storage Cage Licence

That Owners Corporation 1 Plan No. PS840580S resolves by special resolution to amend the Deed of Novation of Storage Cage Licence to vary the original licence as follows:

  • Insert a new definition in Clause 1.1: “Occupant: a person or persons residing in a Lot owned by the Licensee.”
  • Amend Clause 2 to: “The OC grants the Licensee a licence for the Term for the Licensee and an Occupant (with consent from the Licensee) to use the Allocated Storage Cage.”

A copy of the Storage Cage Variation Deed is attached for reference.

  • Votes will be tabulated according to the unit and proxies nominated by the voter in this form (regardless of any other units they own or proxies they hold).
