Resolutions to be voted on:

Resolution 1.

‘That the Owners Corporation resolves by Special Resolution to proceed with the Regency Windows quotation to replace all common and private windows at the cost of $165,561.00. The Owners Corporation will contribute a total of $78,160.50 for both common property replacement and 50% of private lot replacement within the median boundary. All balcony windows and doors, window glazing and fans installed in the private lot will be at the expense of the lot owner. The total cost for private lot Owners will be $87,401.00. The Owners Corporation will levy the private costs to the lot owner.’

Resolution 2.

‘That the Owners Corporation resolves by Special Resolution to carry out the following private works at lot 1 at a total cost of $10,175, which will be raised as a special levy against lot 1.’

Resolution 3.

‘That the Owners Corporation resolves by Special Resolution to carry out the following private works at lot 2 at a total cost of $10,175, which will be raised as a special levy against lot 2.’

Resolution 4.

‘That the Owners Corporation resolves by Special Resolution to carry out the following private works at lot 3 at a total cost of $10,538, which will be raised as a special levy against lot 3.’

Resolution 5.

‘That the Owners Corporation resolves by Special Resolution to carry out the following private works at lot 4 at a total cost of $12,897.50, which will be raised as a special levy against lot 4.’

Resolution 6.

‘That the Owners Corporation resolves by Special Resolution to carry out the following private works at lot 5 at a total cost of $10,945, which will be raised as a special levy against lot 5.’

Resolution 7.

‘That the Owners Corporation resolves by Special Resolution to carry out the following private works at lot 6 at a total cost of $11,880, which will be raised as a special levy against lot 6.’

Resolution 8.

‘That the Owners Corporation resolves by Special Resolution to carry out the following private works at lot 7 at a total cost of $10,175, which will be raised as a special levy against lot 7.’

Resolution 9.

‘That the Owners Corporation resolves by Special Resolution to carry out the following private works at lot 8 at a total cost of $10,615, which will be raised as a special levy against lot 8.’
