1. ‘The Owners Corporation hereby resolves by Special Resolution in accordance with
section 18 and 96 of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 to authorise the commencement of legal proceedings to amend the lot entitlements and liabilities of the plan of subdivision 331291P/2 ’
2. ‘The Owners Corporation hereby resolves to delegate to the Committee of the Owners Corporation full authority to give all appropriate instructions to the Lawyers engaged by the Owners Corporation to commence and conduct the Legal Proceedings and full authority to negotiate and settle the Legal Proceedings.’
