Proposed Special Resolution:
As per Sections 12 & 52 of the Owners Corporations Act, the Owners Corporation propose to complete the below:
- Undertake Comprehensive Works: Commission the cleaning, preparation, and repainting of all (a) structural walls, ceilings, and (b) floor surfaces within the internal car parks (including areas defined as private lots on the Plan of Subdivision).
- Safety Upgrade: Install professional-grade non-slip epoxy floor coatings and high-visibility line markings to all trafficable surfaces.
- Right of Entry & Temporary Vacancy: Authorize a temporary “Right of Entry” for appointed contractors to access private car parking lots. All lot owners and occupiers will be required to vacate their car parking units for a period of approximately two to three weeks to allow for surface curing and safety.
- Rendering of External Brickwork
- Funding: Approve the total expenditure of $575,625, being $115,125 per annum from the Maintenance Fund to cover the cost of these works. The works will be funded entirely from the Owners Corporation’s existing funds.
- Delegation: Delegate to the Committee of Management the power to appoint contractors, manage the works schedule, and oversee the temporary parking arrangements.

- Forms submitted after Friday 24th of April 2026 will be ruled invalid.
- Votes will be tabulated according to the unit and proxies nominated by the voter in this form (regardless of any other units they own or proxies they hold).
- Only one vote per financial lot is permitted.
- Owners are advised that they have the right to appoint a proxy for this ballot. Submit a proxy here.
