As the year begins to wind down, we’d like to send our well wishes to you and your family for the festive season ahead.

We hope that eased borders and relaxed restrictions will mean more time with friends and loved ones, and catching up on all the rearranged plans of the last few months.

At The Knight, many of our team will be taking a break over this period to rest and recharge for the new year.

Between 29 December and 7 January a minimal skeleton staff will be operating so that all urgent issues can be attended to.

For the remainder of January, staff levels will remain reduced, urgent matters will be prioritised, and routine administration matters will be addressed from February onwards.

Our office hours during the holiday period are as follows:

Thursday 23 December: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Friday 24 December: CLOSED

Monday 27 December: CLOSED
Tuesday 28 December: CLOSED
Wednesday 29 December: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Thursday 30 December: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Friday 31 December: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Monday 3 January: CLOSED
Tuesday 4 January – Friday 7 January: Return to normal operating hours with reduced staffing.

During the skeleton staff period of 29 December to 7 January, staff will be attending to urgent matters only. Please ensure that any administrative matters are dealt with as early as possible prior to our closing dates.

All requests for Owners Corporation Certificates or additional access devices/sets of keys received after December 17 2021 will be processed when regular operating hours recommence.

My property has a building manager.

For any common property maintenance emergencies please contact your building management.

My property does not have a building manager.

In the event of a common property maintenance emergency, skeleton staff will be available to assist you.
