- Pursuant to Sections 14 and 52 of the Owners Corporation Act 2006, Owners Corporation No.1 PS849880F resolves by special resolution to enter into a license agreement with Lot 101 for the use of common property as outlined in Annexure A.
- The Owners Corporation resolves that the Owners Corporation Committee are authorised to execute all documentation for the license on behalf of Owners Corporation No.1 PS849880F.
