Proposed Special Resolution:

Pursuant to Sections 14 and 52 of the Owners Corporation Act 2006, Owners Corporation No.1 PS849880F resolves by special resolution to enter into a license agreement with Lot 101 for the use of common property as outlined in Annexure A.
The Owners Corporation resolves that the Owners Corporation Committee are authorised to execute all documentation for the license on behalf of Owners Corporation No.1 PS849880F.
