Resolution to be voted on:

Proposed Resolution – Alteration of Plan of Subdivision Lots 101, 102 & 103:

The Owners Corporation hereby resolve by way of unanimous resolution:-

  1. Pursuant to s. 32 of the Subdivision Act 2006, to alter the boundaries of Lots 101, 102, and 103 which is land affected by the Owners corporation, to remove Lot 102 and incorporate into Lots 101 and 103;
  2. In authorising the alteration of the boundaries of Lots 101, 102, and 103 on the Plan of Subdivision, the Owners Corporation acknowledges and agrees that all cost for the alteration will be at the cost of the owners of said lots and the Owners Corporation will not be liable to pay any fees associated with the change;
  3. Pursuant to s.32 of the Subdivision Act 2006, to unanimously resolve to amend the Plan of Subdivision (if so required) and to authorise the Manager, Committee or Lot Owner to witness the affixing of its seal and execute all documents necessary for lodgement of each instrument that is required to register the amendment to the Plan of Subdivision.
