Resolutions to vote on.

Resolution 1

The Owners Corporation resolves by Special Resolution under Section 12 – provision of services to members and occupiers to lodge a claim at VCAT on behalf of lot owners in relation to building defects.

Resolution 2

The Owners Corporation resolves by Special Resolution to take legal proceedings in VCAT or any other competent jurisdiction against the builder, and any other responsible party for damages and other relief arising in consequence of building defects.

Resolution 3

The Owners Corporation resolves by special resolution to delegate full authority to the Committee of the OC to give instructions to the lawyers engaged by the OC to commence and conduct the legal proceedings and full authority to attend mediation or compulsory conference for negotiations with any party and to settle the legal proceedings at their discretion.
