Victoria & Vine Special Resolution Ballot – Planter Boxes.
This is a ballot for Special Resolution of the Owners Corporation regarding the provision of an additional service to maintain inaccessible private lot planter boxes, with gardening duties for both common areas and these planter boxes being carried out by the appointed gardeners, Favgrow.
These gardening works will ensure that the unique identity of Victoria & Vine, with its extensive and abundant façade gardens, will be preserved and maintained at a high and consistent standard.
In order to proceed with carrying out these private works, the Owners Corporation will be required to run a Ballot to provide this service to individual private lots, and on-charge the costs associated to each relevant lot.
All impacted lot owners have been contacted directly regarding opting into these works.
In consideration of the above, on behalf of the Committee of Management, we kindly ask that you complete the ballot, NO LATER THAN 5pm on Monday 31 March 2025.
Important.
- Forms submitted after 5.00pm on Monday 31st March 2025 will be ruled invalid.
- Votes will be tabulated according to the unit and proxies nominated by the voter in this form (regardless of any other units they own or proxies they hold).
- Owners are advised that they have the right to appoint a proxy for this ballot. Download the proxy form here.

Motion 1 – Special Resolution
Additional service to maintain inaccessible private lot planter boxes.
To approve by Special Resolution pursuant to Section 12 of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 that Owners Corporation No.1 PS822315Q (‘the Owners Corporation’) may provide an additional service to members of the Owners Corporation by maintaining private lot planter boxes that are located adjacent to the façade to the building, which is located at 11-31 Wellington Street, Collingwood in the State of Victoria.
